• 3 years of ecommerce growth experience required
• Ability to juggle multiple client accounts concurrently
• Experience working with holistic growth plans across paid search, paid social, display, SEO, email/CRM, analytics, reporting, etc.
• Comfortable leading client relations and pitch presentations
• Thrives with minimal direction and displays high level of ownership  
  

• Be the main point of client contact and lead day-to-day communications.
• Serve as the integration point between client input and internal team feedback; advocate for both client goals and vision, as well as the team’s needs and recommendations.
• Develop and implement practical workback plans driving towards established client strategy; monitor and ensure deliverables are strategically aligned and on time.
• Traffic cross-functional teams effectively at both Mass Culture, as well as the creative brand work through sister agency, Brains on Fire.
• Direct the hiring of digital contractors and supervising their work to complement strategy and execution of plan.
• Be knowledgeable of campaign setups, optimizations, reporting, and analysis focusing on improving direct response results across search, social, and display platforms for specific clients.
• While not solely responsible for generating campaign strategy (we have specialists to lead that), we do expect you to have experience in and comfort with managing strategic pivots with clients in live meetings and key communications.
• Monitor and analyze account activity (i.e. volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.) across higher budget business clients.
• Forecast revenue & plan strategic approach for seasonality; monitor and manage client budgets, billing and contracts.

We have two physical locations in Greenville, SC and Los Angeles, CA. Our ideal candidate will live close to one of our offices. But we also recognize that we can do our job from anywhere and currently have employees in six states. Remote workers are welcome to apply!

The starting range for this role begins at $75,000+ and varies widely based on a number of factors, which may include your skills, level, years of experience, geographic location, technical expertise, and other qualifications.
